Day 1: Marrakech – Telouet – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley
Depart early from Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Visit the Telouet Kasbah, once home to the powerful Pasha of Marrakech, and explore the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou, an ancient caravan fortress. Continue through the scenic Dades Valley, spending the night in a charming riad.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Rissani – Merzouga
Journey through the Todra Gorges, a breathtaking canyon with towering cliffs. Pass through Rissani, known for its traditional market, before arriving in Merzouga. Ride a camel trek into the golden Erg Chebbi dunes, where you’ll enjoy a magical night in a luxury desert camp under the stars.
Day 3: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Marrakech
Wake up to a spectacular desert sunrise, then return to Merzouga for breakfast. Travel through the vast Draa Valley, home to Africa’s largest palm grove. Pass through Ouarzazate and cross the High Atlas before arriving in Marrakech, where your journey ends.
